How do I make the hotel reservation? |
|
On
the home page, choose your hotel options in the Check Availability
form. This will give you a list of available hotels as per
your selection, along with the respective tariff, profile,
etc. You can then reserve the hotel that suits you best.
Do not use several reservation systems at the same time.
Our server is Italy's main hotel server, and we'll try to
reserve the hotel accommodation for you at the most competitive
price. Several reservations, if logged in at the same time,
increase the price of hotel accommodation as they reduce
the number of free rooms available.

Can I make a reservation directly with the hotel? |
|
You
can, but the prices displayed on Reserve-Italy are available
only through us. If you make the hotel reservation directly,
you will be charged 20% to 50% extra.

How frequently are the hotel prices updated on Reserve-Italy? |
|
The
prices are updated daily and are the latest. As we are constantly
negotiating with the hotels listed on our site to offer
you a definite price advantage. Do visit regularly to track
the latest Hot Offers and Last Minute Deals.

Q4.
Are there any other charges I have to pay, other than what
is shown as
booking price? |
|
No.
The price mentioned on Reserve-Italy is inclusive of all
taxes and service charges. However, in order to cover our
administration expenses, a £5 fee will apply to bookings
of 2 nights and less (per reservation NOT per person).

What if I am afraid of sending my credit card information
on the net? |
|
All
credit card payments made through our payment gateway are
completely secured. However, in the rare case of you not
wanting to send your credit card information on the net,
you can download the reservation form, print it, complete
it in black ink and fax it to our central office in London:
+44 (0) 207 4309500. Remember, we won't be able to process
your request without credit card information.

Is the reservation guaranteed? |
|
Yes.
After we send you 'Reservation Completed' e-mail, rest assured,
the room availability is guaranteed.

Can I change my hotel reservation? |
|
In
the event of you wanting to change either the dates, number
of rooms, hotel, etc. after the reservation is made, you
will have to pay alteration fees. Kindly get in touch with
us in case you need to change your reservation or checkout
our Terms
& Conditions. |

What if I want to cancel my reservation? What are the charges?

Q9.
What if the hotel I am interested in is on 'Request Booking',
and not
immediately available? |
|
Simply,
choose your preferred hotel and click on the 'Fax Booking'
button. Print the fax booking form, fill it with black ink,
clearly writing the hotel name, number of adults and children,
duration of stay and the room types (if known), and fax
it to +44 (0)207 4309500.
Once a confirmation has been received for your requested
hotel, we will proceed with charging your card as agreed
in the original request. If we are unable to confirm the
initial requested hotel accommodation, an alternative may
be provided and an email notification will be sent to you
along with the details. The reservation will be held for
48 hours for you to signify acceptance. When we are in receipt
of your acceptance, we shall charge your card as agreed
in the faxed booking form.
In the unlikely event of you not receiving a reply from
us within 48 hours, please re-submit your request.
